Learn with Doña Gladys to prepare unusual dishes, such as croissants, arracache mince, chicasquil (costa rican plant), yuca, pear squash, tamales, coconuts, typical Costa Rican lunch in leaves, buñuelos, roast tamale and lots of other delicious dishes
